Fried legs are not allowed, should have said that earlier

Tandoori-rubbed grilled frog legs with paneer tikka. Sauce could be something like the gravy paneer tikka sometimes comes in.

Oh, well then maybe consider doing some frog ribs on the grill?

Keep it simple.
Buffalo frog legs.
Butter and hot sauce are good.

Surprised no one said Sous vide yet...
Actually BLB's suggestion of tandoori frog legs sounds good. Season the legs with tandoori spice rub & coat them with tandoori spiked yogurt. Build your own tandoor oven out of a concrete cylinder.
Pair it with a Cucumber mint raita & served on fresh tandoor baked naan.

frog leg tacos, I did them at a camp this year and they were a hit. I even made my own corn tortillas and tomatillo Salsa Verde.
