Go to Jester King and load up!

Their Atrial Rubicite (sour rasberry beer) is still available but will probably be gone after this weekend.

I'd also get some Karbach.

Grab a growler at the ABGB. I'm a fan of the Day Trip and the Superliner.

Their food is great, too.

Just saw 180 bottles left...no more on tap.

OP-Don't like a lot of Independence stuff, personally...the Red Bud is perfect on a hot day though if you see some.

2 great beers but they aren't available in bottles. Although I hear Live Oak has plans to start bottling the hefe. Thirsty Planet Buckethead IPA is another good one that isnt bottled yet.

And go out to Jester King. They have a guest bottle and taplist that will make you dizzy. Stuff not available anywhere else in Texas.

Yea I should have mentioned growler only.

Let us know when they are going to bottle. That Hefe is so good, will buy it all the time.

Thirsty Planet's Thirsty Goat is probably my favorite local. They just started bottling it so if you can't make it out to the brewery you can pick it up at HEB.

So I bought packs of Meta Modern, Green House IPA and Karbach Sympathy for the Lager. It was a visit to family with my family in tow so I couldn't go all over. Anyway, the Green House IPA is wonderful. I've never tasted an IPA that also had a bready, malty backbone like Paulaner Salvator.

Thanks to all for the recs!
