My wife is allergic to shellfish. What do you recommend at Mr b's that she could eat?

The gumbo and duck appetizer is pretty good. I have never ordered an entree besides the BBQ shrimp though.

You don't seem like the type to associate with people who consume buffalo chicken.

I figured you would think buffalo sauce is for trashy people based on your outrage over trivial issues.

Gumbo ya ya
Duck Spring rolls
Rabbit
Pork Chop
Lamb
Grilled fish

There's usually a chicken dish. I believe there's a veal dish on the lunch menu. They do steaks well.

I like the flavor of some buffalo sauces I've had. Hooter's is terrible though.

trivial is a relative term. just because some don't care about certain things doesn't mean others are equally as apathetic about them.

You're lucky your wife would listen to what you think she should get, I guess. My wife wouldn't even hear me as she looked over the menu. On my 4th time telling her she should get the _________ she'd finally acknowledge I was talking long enough to give me the STFU look. I wouldn't listen to her either, I can make up my own damn mind. We're generally opposites but not in this instance.

ETA: We do cohort with our selections though to have a bit of everything we want. Strange give and take there.

I enjoyed this last time I was there. I've never have had a bad meal there.
