I've been taking online advice from this guy for years, and if anyone has a question about ribs or poultry, I steer them towards the website, including folks here on the food board.

Now Meathead Goldwyn has a hardcover book out as of May this year. I happened to see it in the new book section of the library, and I'm elated to announce that I'm the proud new owner of it for at least three weeks.

Most of the content can be found on the website, but this book is a beauty! Very understandable instruction, fantastic color photo illustrations, everything from the cooking process, to tools, to types of heat, etc.

Would highly recommend.

I still use his website as a reference for cooking holiday turkeys.

I love his site. It's my go-to on how to grill and smoke stuff. I think I'll pick up his book
