Meat parfait should be on more menus

Grabbed this while I was waiting on the LSU Alumni Association baws to put down our crawfish. It was pretty good and easy to assemble. I went with pulled pork and bbq chicken.
I think substituting a layer of mashed potatoes with potato salad an/or slaw would also be legit.

Throw on some corn and that's pretty much a KFC bowl. I would eat it.

Kinda looks like 3 small fried oysters around the rim, that would be a nice touch.

I want!!!! There needs to be a couple slices of thick bacon sticking out of the top, though!
