McDonald's on Jones Creek in BR....Wow, are they all run that poorly?

I thought so, but wasn't positive.

Took my kids there after basketball practice last week and you know it's bad when my 7 y/o daughter said these exact words " Dad this place is unprofessional because they are mean and gave me a boy happy meal".

I hate the way those workers carry themselves at that one.

Short answer is yes.

However, I think the family (his kids) split them up. So essentially most of the McDonalds in BR are owned by a "Valluzo" but they may be owned by different ones.

Here's the deal, you go you a McD, you will get crap. Don't let a 6 y/o decide where you eat, unless they're buying.

Not taking up for them, but what exactly more is supposed to come from a complaint like this? Especially if you never went back and you have no idea if they took action?

I used to stop at the one on Lee and Burbank when I worked at the casino because I was driving home around 4:30-5:00AM and it was one of the only places open. Multiple times I could see people in the store, but they'd hide and not come to the drive thru speaker I complained about it and they sent me the same apology, but it also never happened again. Can't really ask for anything more than for someone to rectify a problem.

Unless you're saying you think you deserved a bunch of free shite even after they took care of the real problem..

I often take my son to that location after school, and many times I've seen them having meetings in the afternoon (usually on Mondays) talking about how to do better. For a while they had one of their big dogs come in to help run things but apparently they've gone back to their old ways of not giving a shite

McDonald on Burbank/Bluebonnet and Nicholson by LSU have gone gown hill quick in last 3 months. I have never submitted a customer complaint before o any business, but I've been very close to doing so with recent experiences at both of these locations. Wrong orders, long, long waits in line ( with not many cars in line) and just rude customer service. Their customer service is now just as bad as any Popeyes I've been to.
