Going to Toth Ball and need some recs on party trays. Who and what trays should I get?

Martin Wine Cellar has better 'party tray' style offerings than the usual crud, and the prices aren't too bad. Seared tuna, pork tenderloin, etc.

I like the tapas style stuff that St James does, but I always feel as though I've paid a bit too much. Ditto for Tartine's offerings.
Of course, if quantity is important, good ol' Rouses can hook you up with egg rolls & drumettes. Slightly but not much more upscale are Langenstein's trays (good devilled eggs).

You can never have enough fried chicken from McHardy's.
