I'm talking top shelf folks. Money is not an issue. I've got a $10 and 4 $5s burning a hole in my pocket.

I know Calandro's has a great selection of top notch olive oils but I can't tell you a specific brand to go for

Well that's my last option but I was hoping for an imported olive oil boutique or something.

Red Stick Spice Co. has their own olive oils. Some are infused with other flavors. I have no idea if they are truly high quality or not, but they're expensive.

What is your intended use for it?

If it's for cooking or if you want something for dipping bread or salad dressing the answers would vary no?

I'm a fan of Red Stick Spice Company's infused olive oils. Season to Taste also has some good ones.

If it's a gift, I definitely recommend Red Stick Spice Co. because it is local and won't look like you walked into Winn Dixie or something. I bet they wrap too.

Go to Costco and get Kirkland EVOO. It's been verified non-adulterated and it tastes pretty good.

Red stick spice co usually has arbequina EVOO that is very good for dipping, dressings, etc. Pair that with their 18 year balsamic and you have a gift any foodie will appreciate

The cheaper brands almost always not really olive oil. Italian mob is pulling a lot of frickery

it is worth it if you care about that. I don't care if I am using it to cook but it's nice to have a good oil for dressings
