Heading down to Grand Isle from New Orleans Friday Morning. Is there a place en route that I can pick up a couple of sacks of live crawfish? Should I just pick some up in N.O. before I leave?

Got some at the Robert's in Lakeview for $1.75 a pound live. That's a hell of a deal. Had to call a few days in advance and reserve them, picked them up at 10:30.
They also had shrimp at $2.69 a pound which is pretty damn good too.

They are $1.00 per lb at the Zydeco's Fresh Seafood Market on Hwy 90 in Boutte.
