Check for beer bars and/or breweries.

Lost Forty Brewing has good beer and food.
Vino's Brewpub has good beer and pizza.
There's a Flying Saucer downtown.

I'm here as well. We partied hard at flying saucer and doogans Irish pub.
Ate at cache last night in river market area. Going across the river to some steakhouse then back here to flying saucier

South on Main by chef Matt Bell is the best restaurant in the city. It's partnered with the Oxford American Journal and has live music. The food is really good and the scene is even better.

Sorry I missed this thread earlier because easily my recommendation would have been to have dinner at Sonny Williams' Steak Room then walk a few blocks to the Flying Saucer for after dinner adult libations.

My only recommendation would be to stay away

I'm obviously a little late here. Little Rock is great, though. Downtown, I'd eat/drink at:
3 fold Dumpling
Capiltal Bar
One Eleven (fine dining side of Capital)
Lost 40
Gus's Fried Chicken
Venturing out a little further:
SOMA (south on main)
Root
Heights Tacos and Tamale Company
Loca Luna
