It will be free standing on the lot that is being cleared behind Lit Pizza. They bought the land from the LeBlanc's and broke ground last week.

Walk ons is on newly cleared land to the left of lit when facing it from airline. (Gonzales side)

It's mediocre. It's the new fad. Make the pizza infront of you like at Subway/Chipotle. Just like Mod Pizza/Blaze Pizza/1000 degree Pizza/Flaming Pizza. Chainish, and better than a pizza from schlotzskys ...sorta

Subway and chipotle are fads? Izzos is 10x better than chipotle. The other pizza joints you mentioned don't exist anywhere near pville. It's not too teir Napoli pizza, but it's a damn fine pizza for $8. They have a ton of topping options and seem to give a shite about quality of toppings. The one by LSU seems to print money

I read and comprehended your post just fine. Sorry I extrapolated your larger point of food being made in front of you is a fad. It isn't. It is a fairly long standing model that has been expanding genres. In this case that model has been applied to pizza in recent years. I don't see this model fading away any time soon.
Too tier = top tier. Typing on a phone. Your being purposely dense in a jackassy way. You couldn't use some context clues to read the point?
It is a damn fine pizza, especially for $8. I think so and apparently hoards of others do as well.
I also used the Izzos vs Chipotle example as further evidence of room in the market for many purveyors of that style. Izzos does it way better. Lit is owned by the same guys.
If you don't like it, or that style...fine by me. I'm a fan of their product and very excited to have it so close to home.

kind of disappointed to find out that's what they settled on for that spot. Wasn't very impressed with the Seigen land location. Hopefully this one will be better. Would have preferred the chick fil a that was rumored to be going there years ago.
