Do you know how many ounces of liquid boil would equate to for powder? 1oz of liquid for every 2 of powder?

You need liquid crab boil, cayenne, and salt in copious amounts.

This right here. There's no perfect mixture of dry to liquid boil. Just gotta taste as you go

When I was a kid we all we used was liquid because that's all they really had besides the seasoning bags. It seemed stronger back then too.

Sorry, can't really help with your conversions.

I prefer the Louisiana brand to Zatarain's (and NOT PRO BOIL, it sucks)

Use the LA powder to boil, add the liquid after for soaking is my method

I also use a combination of Louisiana brand powder with little bit of Zat's liquid.

For 1 sack, I typically use 1 1/4 bags of LA powder and 4-6oz of Zat's liquid, along with 1 TBSP of lemon oil.

It must not come out seasoned at all huh.

I recommend 2.5lb of powder with an eyeball amount of liquid per sack. With sliced lemons and oranges. Add jar of diced garlic.

A bag could be a 4-5lb bag -- which is what I use per sack. Maybe you are underestimating this gentleman's boil.

Yeah, I'm talking 1 1/4 of the large bags you get at Sam's.
