I'm kind is surprised they lasted as long as they did. Seemed like the place was always empty

The pho was too expensive and the guy took way too long to get it open. The parish inspections cost him a ton of time and money.

Yep. It seemed like it took a year for that place to open. Good spot, hope something good ends up in there.

Easily one of the worst places I've eaten, ever

I almost posted something a few weeks ago that they closed. Was very underwhelmed the only time I went in there.

If you look at the original post linked above, the menu was kind of strange. Poboys, fried seafood, Chinese dishes, pho and Vietnamese classics, boiled crawfish.
The pho I had was delicious, just kind of expensive compared to nearby competitors. I live very near this place, but I never went a second time.

I remember the post. That was the debate is why did they charge more than the other places nearby. I did not get Pho but it just was OK.
Maybe someone will open something cool there. They are all setup to turn it into another restaurant.

The menu looks all over the place, like the restaurant really didn't know what to be. Vietnamese? Chinese? Poboy? Pick one thing and do it right.
