A few days, I suppose.

Etouffee is ridiculously easy if you're wanting to make something. You probably have everything on hand.

Use half to make a crawfish stew and fry the other half. Then pig out. Thank me later

That's the lazy arse way to do things, but you have a few days. Next time, peel the damn things.

WHAT? The tail shells are desired! Use them to make some stock for a bisque.

Yeah, but peeling them when you already have your table newspapered and your hands dirty is probably easier. Not like you can't save the shells still.

Doesn't seem to be a problem for me but I put mine in the freezer. Easier to pop them out later. I also save all the claws.

Definitely. I squash those babies squeezing all that fat out.
