I have around 10lbs of shrimp remaining from a boil. Looking for some ideas or recpies, other than salad or stew.

Make a fresh salsa and eat on crisp corn tostadas.
Chop and use in an old school shrimp mold, like this: LINK
Shrimp remoulade
I know you said no salad, but a Thai style green papaya salad or mango salad w shrimp is damn delicious.

Put them in a food processor for a few seconds then add some bread crumbs and a couple eggs and make some sliders.

I made some great quesadillas by sprinkling with some of Got Blaze's fajita seasoning mix. Tortillas had cheese, salsa, sour cream and green onions. Very, very good!

You can vac seal some of them for future dips, poboys etc...

shrimp banh mi
shrimp tacos
shrimp poboys with a spicy mayo, romaine or arugula, avocado slices and bacon.
shrimp omelette
gazpacho with shrimp
bloody marys with shrimp garnish
shrimp and grits-just add them at the end of cooking to warm them
shrimp and pasta-toss them in last minute
shrimp bisque-French version-grind some of them for more flavor to the bisque and leave some whole or rough chopped for texture.
shrimp fried rice
shrimp stuffed pasta shells

Make a nice pot of Lima beans or white beans and add to the end, serve over rice.

I like lima beans, white beans and shrimp but I'm not sure I would like them together.

IN addition to Ms Gris Gris suggestions

Shrimp Freddy

Shrimp Chowder

Shrimp Pasta

Shrimp and Grits - Add shrimp at very end when plating

Shrimp burgers works with cooked shrimp too

Not much any better than a shrimp and sausage pizza.
