You shouldn't pull your pork. You'll go blind.

Mix it with manwhich, instead of ground beef. Then feed to dog!

A friend of mine who regularly cooks in BBQ contests and such does a cornbread dish with pulled pork. He mixes cream style corn and the pulled pork with the cornbread batter and bakes it. It comes out very juicy. You basically have to eat it with a fork or pick it up in chunks with your hand, but it's delicious. I don't know his exact recipe (he keeps that a secret), but the above are the basics that he told me about it. I tried it once and it came out more dry than his, so it wasn't as good. Not sure what I did wrong, but maybe I didn't use enough pulled pork and cream style corn, I guess.

Make a taco soup & use that instead of ground beef or chicken.

BBQ pizza is a must do especially if you have a pizza stone and ceramic cooker.

Nachos and quesadillas are good options.

My current favorite is Brunswick stew. It's basically a vegetable stew with BBQ (chicken pork, and beef) and BBQ sauce instead of tomato paste. Its delicious.

Left over pulled pork is just like left over gumbo. Maybe even better the second day.

Seriously though, put that stuff on a bun and eat it!
