Also curious if anyone where in NOLA area might have this.

Anybody in BR have it? I've called Rouses in Denham and Rouses on Drusilla, after arguing with them that it has nothing to do with Leblancs the store they told me they didn't have it.

One last question, would it hurt the LeBlanc method if I preseasoned/marinated the chicken with a homemade seasoning blend, it does not have salt.

I would not, but just because I like to stay consistent and I know the original way works , but if you want I would try it in a small pot first and not your 25 pounder
now you could use some of the allotted leblancs to marinate your meat in

I bought both the canned ones, and the taller ones in the plastic bottle. I don't know if it was just me or what, but the plastic bottled ones tasted different from what was in the can. The canned one also seemed slightly darker in color. I'll only use the canned one now.

You can buy it on Amazon

ETA: A little pricey with shipping, but at least it's available.

150 pounds(50 pounds sausage, 100 pounds chicken split between 3 20 gallon pots) and 100 pounds of rice.
I usually stick to equal ratios of each meat but with this being so much, I scaled back the sausage and upped the chicken to save money.
Did it all by myself too, 2 pots at once and then panned one pot and cleaned it then did another batch.

That is awesome, Leblancs just makes it easy
so you were able to put 33 pounds of rice in your 20 gallon setup from Randy? Was it full to the top/ I have been wondering how much could fit, I did a 20 pound rice with plenty of room, and knew I could do 25 pounds but would be awesome to know that 30 pounds works
any pics of the process of final product?

No, sorry...meant 72 pounds of rice (24 pounds per)
That's my 20 gallon rig from Randy
The jambo is nothing special, just trying to push out 60 gallons as cheap as possible. Everybody really liked it though.
ETA: not sure y that came out sideways and blurry, will repost when I get home to my iPad
