I'm about to run to the grocery and decide. Thinking a big pot of jambalaya.

Taquitos from Tampicos on the road back home. Pierre Part to Shreveport is a hell of drive. May grill burgers this evening on the new weber.

Wild pig ribs (thanks little Donchowder for slaying the beast), scalloped potatoes, Cole slaw and pickled romanesco. Time for a feast.

Going to make some stuffed cannelloni from MeridianDog's recipe on here. Started the red sauce last night,continuing to cook today for a few more hours. Will post pics later if I can get it right.

Backed up and punted due to lack of ingredients for the wife.

Pulled out some ground 60/40 venison/bacon for burgers. Made a salad and havin a vino

I cut a Boston Butt roughly in half and am using half of it for kabobs, and the other half for pulled pork.
