As expected, it was terrific.

I cannot emphasize enough what a good deal the tasting menu is for a table of four. It was $49 each.

As many of you know, each person can choose his/her own cut. I had the flank, two had the "Kobe" tenderloin, and one other had the special cut that night (akin to a NY strip). '

Then for the table:
2 kinds of empanadas
chorizo
bruschetta
gnocchi
hears of palm, avocado and lettuce salad
grilled asparagus
mashed potatoes
french fries

3 desserts to share (Coconut & Amaretto Ice Cream Cake, Dulce de Leche Ice Cream and a third I can't remember).

Honestly, if you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go. Even if you don't do the tasting menu.

The time I went to La Boca, we did a tasting menu as well. I thought it was an amazing value for everything that you got.

Lotta food, and it's all delicious.
Dessert is the bomb.

We debated over the knives for about 10 minutes.

I don't know if they still use the same line but they used to present the box of knives and say: Choose your weapon! Great start to the meal.
