There has been a lot of love on this board for Kirkland brand products from Costco.

What Kirkland or Costco products have you bought that you would NOT buy again?

Toilet paper is the only thing the wife and I haven't liked.

We had a bad batch of chicken breasts a few years ago, and I haven't tried those again either. Was odd since all their other meats are good, but I just stick with Rouse's for that.

Not a fan of their blue cheese. Cheap, but VERY mild-tasting.

A fan of most everything else, including clothes, medicines and bacon (their regular bacon is my favorite and it's dirt cheap).

Yeah, their packaged deli meat is kinda meh ..

Also, toilet paper is soft but does not rip easy and their gel dishwasher soap is marginal.

I think their seasoned roast beef is excellent. Worth a try...

Really? We've always loved their blue cheese because it's been strong and stinky. The only time I've had better was when I asked Whole Foods to give me the most pungent, repulsive blue they had available.

To the OP - Chicken breasts. 2.99 a pound and chock full of water. Maybe the organic is better, but I get really frustrated when I cook their regular chicken and get a puddle of water in the pan.

My dog didn't care for their dog food.
I didn't like their green tea.

I've not had the bleu cheese or lunch meat. I usually grill the chicken, and it's pretty good. I like the Kirkland EVOO.

Not much to avoid, then?

My wife and I were just talking about branching out and trying more Kirkland brand items, since Costco is right around the corner from our house.

I have a big bottle of it but haven't opened it yet. Oh well, I'm sure it will be serviceable.

You've never experienced Paul Allen's shitty trolling?? There's a first time for everything.

ETA You should be ashamed of yourself for falling for that one Darla.

The dry cat food made mine throw up a lot. It's the only thing I wouldn't buy again.

I understand that the slimmer glass bottle is a higher quality EVOO than the bigger plastic bottle.

I like the stuff in the glass bottle labled "Tuscano". It is the one made for salads and drizzling.

Let's make sure to differentiate.

I wasn't that crazy about the Kirkland toilet paper.
But everything else has been on point. I'm surprised about the people who had problems with the dog and cat food. Our pets like the stuff well enough.

Huh? Their Columbian ground coffee is as good as ground Colombian gets. I love their whole been coffee. Though I haven't tried their regular house brand, because it's roasted by Starbucks. But I love their Costa Rican and Rwandan whole bean.
