That would probably require 4 hours of running or spinning if you ate your normal amounts and then ate that also.

I mean if we're going to get technical, I can burn 15-20 calories a minute doing intense cardio (well, must not be that intense since I can keep at it for half an hour, but I digress).

How many calories do we think this burger has? It looks like a single patty and just cheese. So probably around 1000 cals? Add another 500 for the icing? Round it up to 2000 just for fun, it shouldn't take more than about 1:40 to 2:15.

Did not notice the bacon, but that shouldn't add more than 100 unless there are several full slices.
