Its my birthday and family and friends are taking me out. My pick here in BR.

I was thinking Ruths or stroubes, but I always forget Jubans. I used to love it, but havent been in a few years

Is it still a strong contender for fine dining in BR? Thoughts anyone? Till a staple?

I've eaten there several times in the past few months and they've been excellent every time. Would recommend.

Thats what I was thinking, but Its been a few years.

Sometimes places can be still riding on former greatness and not quality.

I eat there at least once a month and it is always good and consistent. I stop in for a glass of wine and a small plate or a really good burger in the bar a bit as well.

Should be starting on the building at Highland and Perkins shortly which they are putting some sort of Jubans Bistro in.
