The wife and I have a gift card to use at any of the John Besh restaurants. Which would the board recommend out of Shaya, Besh Steakhouse, Luke, and the Caribbean Room?

Out of the ones you mentioned, Shaya by a billion miles. Not even close.

August or Shaya would be my recommendation. Both are fantastic, just very different.

I'd probably use it at August, but I've never been there.
If I'm choosing places that I've been, then I'd go with Shaya or Domenica.

You need to add August to that list, and then go to August. It might be the best fine dining this side of the milky way
