The Blended Burger

Someone posted the other day they were mincing mushrooms into their patties. Sounds awesome.

ive been doing this for years and im really surprised that more restaurants/fast food places dont at least have 1 healthier beef burger option. Most all places use a blend of at min 20% fat burgers. I always use 96/4 or 93/7 beef mixed with mushrooms and feta and its incredible. Served with avocado and a wheat bun

I know McDonalds tried one years ago (McLean) and it failed.

Look at the people at McDonalds, and pick one out that looks like he/she is there for the healthy burger.

Yeah but you also have people like me and my wife who like to eat healthy and go for our kids for an occasional treat. We both get the salads which are actually good

I thought this was going to be about not charring the meat. That sounds pretty good though.

I read somewhere the other day that a chicken salad with dressing has more calories than a double quarter pounder.
