I've only had that and the hogs head, which was pretty good. The andouille is word class. Maybe others can offer more. I also had some boudin a few years ago...was not good.

I'll grab a few pounds of andouille then for sure, just wondered if they had something awesome that wasn't raved about as much, a hidden gem of sorts.

I stop there about twice a year and get 5 lbs of andouille and 3 pounds of tasso. The tasso is much better than the store bought stuff.

Tasso and andouille is world class. Smoked sausage is not very good. Cracklings we're inedible last time I was there
