I just got in town (New Orleans Westbank) and I usually drink one for Christmas. Any ideas if they can be found anymore?

I've seen it at a few places in NOLA as recently as yesterday.

I stopped at Dorignacs last night but didn't see any and was told they didn't have it. I don't mind going to NOLA

Where in BR? I looked at Thanksgiving, but I guess it hadn't made it to the shelves yet. I'd like to pick some up next week.

I don't normally say shite about where to find things, but try Rouse's at Vets/Causeway. Maybe give them a call first. I saw it earlier this week.

I appreciate it, and I'll give them a call. I'd imagine if I was asking for BTAC, BCBS, etc., I'd just hear crickets. And rightfully so.

People don't like to give up their sources for the rare on a public message board to people they don't know.

I would check the Rouses. Haven't really liked for them, but they would be the most likely suspects.

Hopefully we get to the point of shelf aging them.

Barleywines don't excite the masses which is cool with me.

Luckily I got a NELA connection for them.

The wife lives Barleywines so I have to keep her happy.
