Tennis team plays Saturday mornings. What would be something simple to make and bring. We have dogs, brats, chips and beer. Not a knife and fork type thing.

Chicken salad/pimento cheese on Hawaiian rolls? Something. Easy to grab between rounds that won't take long to eat

Another option is to make it on a large French loaf/baguette and slice into small pieces

You guys are playing tennis. Not socializing in The Grove with white linens before an Ole Miss game ...

Tennis is huge over here. You should see the spreads the women bring out for their matches.

The Saturday morning men's leagues are 1/2 tennis and 1/2 getting to drink beer at 9am.

Maybe some pita bread with falafel and hummus. Olives and what not.

I know you said not knife and fork, but I am making this for 30 people tomorrow (will adjust recipe for group) and it looks like a damn easy potato salad. I dont have any leftover potatoes from a boil, so just going to do them in the kitchen with powdered crab boil.

Since its early, I'd go for something breakfast/brunch you. Like Old school bis quick sausage cheese balls. Recipe here LINK Make me a bit more modern tasting by adding some smoked paprika or chopped chives. Fresh fruit, maybe some bloody Mary mix to go with the beer for micheladas.....simple and tasty.

Just cut up some cantaloupe and berries. Nice and cool.

I just order from the clubhouse.

Yes it is.

I like the sausage balls idea. Cut up fruit too.
