I just realized I am about a cup short of rendered duck fat for my Christmas gumbo.

My Sysco source can't get it to me in time.

Is there any place in BR that sells this? Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Maxwell's, or Fresh Market?

I would rather not run around looking, and go straight to it.

TIA

As usual, TD.com comes through! I, too, am having a hard time finding duck fat!

I'd also add if there is a place that sells epic products they might have it. I recently got some beef tallow at a store near me and saw they had a jar of duck fat also.

Fresh Market had two different kinds of duck fat last time I was in there. One in the refrigerator section, and one near the cooking oils.
