One of my favorites as well. I waffle between ginger ale, ginger beer, carbonated lemonade, and Fever Tree bitter lemon as mixers.

What's your concoction, Mouton?

And, yours, hungryone. I have some ginger beer in the fridge.

2 oz Pimm's, over cracked ice, in a tall glass (abt 10 oz), top off w/ginger beer & stirred w/a cucumber spear. If feeling fancy, add a fat squeeze of lemon. When I mix it with lemonade, I sometimes add mint.

Love a Pimms cup.

I've been adding a little orange juice to mine. Love the slight sweetness it adds.

If you're a pimms cup fan, you should definitely try the pimms cup daiquiri at St. Lawrence on N. Peters in the FQ. Maybe the perfect drink for a hot day. They've got pretty good food there, too.

I haven't made one in ages and I can't recall exactly what I did.

Add gin (or vodka for that matter) and you have a "porch swing". I highly recommend it.

Made a Hammered Tin Cup from Borgne's recipe the other day and it was pretty tasty too.

2 oz Hendricks
2 oz Pimms (#1)
6 oz Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda
juice of 1 lime wedge

Cucumber wheel and Orange zest for garnish.
