I know I'm late to the party.
I've been a tobasco/Crystal/ LA Hot sauce fan since I was a kid and depending on the dish I usually use at least a dash of one or the other.
I love tobasco habanero and the chipotle versions.
I work in IT at a hospital in East TX right now for an expansion and the cafeteria had a bottle of the Sriracha sauce out at the grill section and I've been seeing it everyday but thought it was just some asian version of hot sauce. I decided to try it on some jerk chicken dish they prepared the other day and after tasting it, holy shite I can't believe how good it was.
Better late than never I assume, but this is now my goto sauce. I went immediately to Kroger and bought a 17 oz and a 24 oz bottle to keep at work and home. I can put this stuff on just about abything, it's almost like a condiment rather than a hot sauce.
Does anyone else enjoy this stuff? It's like the holy grail of hot sauce to me.

Is this sauce only sold at Kroger?

I'm serious...
I've seen it numerous times and dismissed it out of home-state pride.
It's not even in the same category as LA, vinegar type sauces, it's basically a condiment.
I found it at kroger here in East TX, I'm relatively certain walmart has it, and any big grocery store chain like rouse's, winn dixie, leblanc, etc.

I love it in pho and other soups.
You can also make really good wing sauces with it. I like adding a little to my eggs

I use it in my salsa, if it's not hot enough already.

Anything else you discovered on your trip back to 2000?

LOL, first time I saw that key chain TOGO version $7 for that is steep.
I paid $2.99 for the 17oz and 4.00 for the 24oz yesterday.
I'm at NacMem.

Welcome to the party baw. I didn't discover it until after '08 or '09 probably. I use it pretty often, and I love tabasco as well.
It's great on eggs, french fries, salads, and any asian dish obviously.
