I Hop on College closed?

It looks like the IHOP on college closed and is going to be something else. Anyone know what it is going to be?

That's the one where one of the staff walked through the dining area carrying a trash bag and leaked blood all over us while we were eating.

They're just renovating it. It will reopen next month.

I just can't be happy eating at a place like this or Denny's or Shoneys.
My kids have talked me into going twice in the last year to I Hop and it just blows my mind that people actually want to eat here.

Agreed. Had it for the first time in my life last year. Rubber pancakes....hardly edible.

IHOP is by far the most disgusting, poorly run franchise of all time. I have zero idea why anyone would ever darken their doorstep.

Can't say I'm a huge fan of IHOP.
But.... we stopped at one after breathing in the air at a Tool concert and it was the greatest thing ever.

I loved IHOP as a kid but I just loved to eat breakfast food. Can't really say I've been many times as an adult. It's been at least 3 years.

That particular place is the only restaurant that I've ever walked out of without paying.
And that was the only moment that we got any attention.

Plenty of good enough places to eat without ever stepping foot in an IHOP.
