How much weight should I expect to lose when I trim a dry-aged rib-roast?

For a bachelor party on Saturday I picked up a 14.73#, 21-day, USDA Prime rib-roast. We will be feeding 11 people with it and I'm wondering what I'll be left with once we get the butcher to trim it up. Anybody have experience with this? I couldn't find any consistency online regarding it. Normally I wouldve had the butcher at the store trim it and cut it into steaks, but we won't be eating it until Saturday and I couldn't pick it up anytime between now and then so I figured leaving it whole was the way to go.

Thanks!

Some say about 25%. Which makes me wonder if you paid for it prior to weight loss - or after. Hopefully after.

It isn't cut yet so I paid for it prior to weight loss, but he also gave me a discount off the regular price since it wasn't trimmed.

Now that you know you paid 25% for nothing... good thing you got the discount

You don't need to trim it. That funk is some good flavor.

If you eat the whole thing you're probably gonna gain some weight.
