How long turkey takes in greaseless electric fryer

When you use the greaseless cooker, anyone know if cooking time is the same as baking time or frying time? Have a friend who borrowed the cooker and never has used one.

I did two of them, electric . One at ten minutes a pound and it was done. Next at eight minutes and it was done as well. Worked pretty well.

41 minutes for 13 pounds gives you raw turkey.

He was talking about an electric fryer, not the electric greaseless fryer infrared roaster thing, see the edit to the tittle and the third post.

So using an electric frupyer with oil at 350, 41 minutes is about right
