How long and what temp do I cook a stuffed pork tenderloin?

I would go with 350-400 until the internal temp is 140-145.
Exact time will depend on the piece of meat itself. Give or take 30-45 minutes.

It's 2.2 lbs. Going with 375 for close to 60 minutes.

There are some methods to sear on the cooktop on all sides and then roast @ 425 until done. Closer to 20 minutes.

You're probably already finished, but for the sake of your food enjoyment, buy a good digital probe cooking thermometer with an alarm.
1) Preheat oven to 350 and put pig into a shallow uncovered pan.
2) Put probe in thickest part of piggy goodness.
3) Set alarm for 145 or so.
4) Put pig in sauna. Walk away.
5) Wait for beep.
6) Remove pig from spa and rest 5-10 minutes
7) Pig out.
