How Bout Some Great Ribs?

So, I traveled to Orlando for a customer meeting for an account I am taking over. I agree to meet the guy who I am taking over for at dinner to discuss the upcoming meeting.
He asks: "What do you want to eat?"
I reply: "Something good, a place locals would frequent. You've called on that area for a few years, any gems?"
He replies: "Well, how bout some great ribs? I know this awesome place."
Me: Let's do it, sounds good.
Dude takes me to an Applebees
He asks: "What do you want to eat?"
