I was there last night and got my ribs, I'm a sucker for ribs but the table next to us ordered some wings and they looked really good.

Are the wings there any good? I like ribs a ton so I usually don't order anything different just in case whatever it is isn't really that good.

On a scale from 1-10. 1 being just awful, 10 being the best you've had. I've had Pluckers wings before and they were really good but TJ's is right next to where I usually stay when I'm in BR.

Thanks in advance.

Their wings are fantastic. I'd give them a solid 8. They are huge and I like the buffalo sauce. A little known fact is that they do a sweet BBQ sauce on the wings too that is awesome. The chicken is better than pluckers (traditional wings) but they only have 2 sauces so that can get old. Mondays they do $20 all you can eat wings and all you can drink beer which is ridiculous. Not just shitty bud light, whatever beer you want. I've hurt myself lol.

I've never had anything bad there. One thing I would check out if you haven't yet is their burgers. They get the meat that Ruth's Chris doesn't use to make their ground beef

Awesome! I'll definitely order them next time I'm there.

I had the server stop so I could check the wings out, they're huge!

Thanks!

Add another voice to the "At a place named for ribs, get the wings" crowd.

From what I understand, they smoke the wings, then when you order them, they dunk them in the fryer unbattered for a few seconds to crisp up the skins.

Get the sauce on the side. I think I know what's for dinner tonight.

Glad to hear about a second sauce. The $20 all you can eat and drink is pretty legit.

Kinda overrated imo. They are huge whole wings. Kind of a pain in the arse to eat.

Pluckers is still better imo.

I prefer pluckers. I order the Boneless, fwiw. They have great sauces. But I prefer all the wings and beer I want for $20 over pluckers.

Me neither

I didn't even think they were affiliated with one another anymore.

A few posters here swore up and down that was the case, but an ex-employee argued when I mentioned it that it's untrue.

I had them the last time I are at TJ's while visiting The Englishman. While they were good, I left underwhelmed after seeing all the love they get here. I remember think I would much rather have had the Outback wings after my experience.

Sadly, like everything at Outback, these wings are a former shell of themselves.

Price increases, size of wings get smaller.

Was disappointed in these.

I gotta stick to pluckers in BR.
