Occasionally, I like cocktail sauce on my oyster poboy. Plain ketchup, no. Don't want plain mayo either. Cocktail or tarter sauce.

The blueberry filling with hot sausage sounds like I should try it.

When I was working construction jobs in college there was this guy named Beaver that used to eat King Cake popcorn and peanut butter sandwiches during carnival season.

This was 1981. I didn't get it.

Looks pretty. Too much sugar for me, but the meat looks good. Is there a sauce?

I thought the Olde Tyme poboy looked too skimpy after they put it together. Lester's looks too sugary on top. I think there's a way to make one work, though.
