I ate at the Cheesecake Factory at the Houston Galeria bout a month ago and the food was awful...

I can agree with this, although the food isn't bad. Goode Co Seafood would be a better choice though.

I ate lunch at Pappadeaux's on Thursday and it was pretty good. Dont get what the hate is about.

I dont really care about the back story or the context of people's hate on some of these restaurants. I had fried alligator and a ceasar side salad and it was good. No big whoop

Kona is a good place to grab a drink, but I think their food is pretty average. Trulucks is excellent.
