Friend of ours is having a Dat Dog type of hot dog party for the game Saturday and wants us all to bring a topping. Any unique ideas?

Roast some jalapenos and make a relish with it. Add some sweet pickles and juice, roasted onions, red pepper and garlic and some cider vinegar. Mix some crispy bacon in it, too, if you like for a roasted jalapeno bacon relish.

This recipe looks good as well, but I'd probably roast the jalapenos. Taste it because sometimes the jalapenos can be pretty potent. I've had it really spicy at times and not as spicy other times.
