Hook and Boil in Broussard with pics

Great new place, mom and stepdad in from New Mexico and wanted crawfish so off we went. The first pic is their version of oysters Rockefeller , fried and served over creamed spinach and a bunch of lump crabmeat, it was really good.

Crawfish were good, water was seasoned not the crawfish.....


Great burger with fried egg, bacon, spring mix and their Hook sauce which is a little bit like Canes sauce but much spicier and better..... Great place, comfy and good cold Parish Brewing beer
