Pour ice cream mixture into the cylinder with paddle the night before so everything is cold the next day.

1 pint half and half 2 cans condensed milk 2 cans evaporated milk 6 to 8 ripe peaches in blender 3 cups of suger a bottle of mango juice concentrare...optional, but really good 1 tblespoon vanilla extract also optional fill the rest of the cannister with whole milk stop 4-5 inches short of the top stir well and chill one hour in refrigerator freezer freeze in ice cream maker

OK, first batch out, much better effort than my previous. I used this recipe, namely cause I found all the ingredients easy and it didn't require me to cook the base or crack an egg

For the guys that grew up in Monroe, it has a flavor pretty similar to Rays old vanilla!

The peach concoction is in the fridge now, no mango, I just cant stand mango.

Jeni's base is good stuff. Not quick, but very tasty. Thanks. I added vanilla this time. Will try different flavored next time.

Try any of the above recipes with a few tablespoon of sifted all purpose flour. You will be pleased with the texture and it does not affect taste or add any kind of pastiness.
