I'm making some fajitas tomorrow night and I'm looking for a recipe for a good marinade. Going to be using steak if that makes a difference on y'alls recipes.

Thanks

I go pretty simple with my fajita marinade: some olive oil, kosher salt, coarse milled black pepper, lime zest, lime juice, a touch of cumin, and a couple dashes of Sriracha. Throw it in a zip-loc with the steak or chicken, get it all coated, and let it set for a couple or three hours... Grill. Let rest. Slice.

I've tried several different home marinades, but I have yet to top Claude's.
