Homebrewer contemplating switching to Kegging

Im tired of bottling beer and am contemplating building my own keezer/kegerator with 2-3 taps. Wondering if anyone here has already done so and how they did it/what they used/how much it cost them. I'm brewing a couple batches this week in time for the UF game when my buddies come in town and would love to have it all in legs. Any/all info is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Don't think twice about it. Kegging is awesome.
My first build was a 4 tap keezer. I now have an upright fridge with three taps.
Been a long time since I initially put it all together, so my prices might be out of date, especially since kegs are now expensive as hell. Don't go cheap on the taps. Get the good forward sealing SS ones from the beginning.
Regulator, manifold, and 5# CO2 tank = ~ $150
Fridge is a used one from the Habitat Restore = $75
Taps, shanks, tubes, etc = ~$50-60/tap
Kegs = I think they're about $50/ea used these days.
Temperature controller = $75ish
I have 3x as many kegs as taps as I love using them for bulk aging sour and funky stuff, but you can get away with one or two more than your number of taps if you don't use them for bulk aging.
I recommend replacing all the gaskets and o-rings on your kegs if you buy them used.

I built a keezer, but I can not carbonate to save my life. Bottled without issue, but I can not seem to get the carbonation right. Always too much and it taste like metal.
