Hogs For The Cause-- Who's competing?

I'm on a new team this year but can't drop the name just yet. Taking it home this year! Moving to Festival Grounds so I think there are 75 teams this year but hear it's almost sold out. Who else is competing?

Yea, March22-23. They just opened registration for teams yesterday.

Returning teams registration began about two weeks ago. We are only going to 70 teams this year, and some of them will be in the Piglet division. Which is just shoulder - like an amateur get your feet wet division.

But yes, only about 5 spots left all day. If there isnt a pig shortage now, there will be soon.

BO, is there anywhere I can get the pulled pork/jalapeño/cheese beignets that Fat Buddy's made? Do they do catering or anything?

They dont do catering as far as I can tell. If you shoot me an email, I can put you in touch with those guys and maybe they'll give you a recipe.

I am assuming they were good. Havent been able to try anyone's food in three years.

Will do. If they compete again, I'd make it a point to try. Literally the best thing I've ever tasted. No exaggeration.
