Has your wife ever said anything about cooking that made you wonder how you ever

married her? The other night, I'm cooking a gumbo and I said I forgot to get green onions to top it with. She said, "You don't have to have green onions."

You don't have to have green onions to top off gumbo. Your wife was correct.

She could boil your ribeye and microwave her filet. She's gonna be right.

Yes, shortly after we were married she called home to ask how to boil eggs. For Christmas that year she was given this...

i mean technically you dont.... I've eaten many gumbo with no green onions on top. i sure as hell wouldn't dump it out

My wife doesn't complain because everthing she ate before we were married came out of a box, or a restaurant kitchen.

My ex will still e-mails me on how to do French food. She is from a village(St Bonnet en Champsaur) in the Alps near Switzerland and Italy.

Green onions make gumbo look cute and all, but you do not need them by any means.
