Has anyone been to AVO (formerly Martinique) in N.O.?

What did you think? The menu looks great.
Is it very expensive? No prices are listed on the website's menu.

I hate places that do that.

Seriously? This does not compute. Do you not want to know prices of what you intend to purchase prior to your purchase? I am at a loss here.
I too am curious about this place. I was disappointment when Martinique shut down. Their food was very good (although consistency was somewhat of an issue), and that courtyard was great.

I've been twice. Had one good experience and the other not so good. I think the plates were in the $30-$35 range for entrée. Maybe a little less for some of the pastas? I think I can get better quality food for that price range at a lot of other places in N.O. I was glad I tried it though.

I meant, I hate places that DON'T list prices.

Thanks for all of the responses. I did find the menu with prices on their facebook page.
We're going to try it tonight. I'll post a review tomorrow.

I loved it. Great pasta dishes

I went for a private party a few weeks back and had the option of the short rib lasagna and the pork belly tenderloin. I thought the lasagna was really good but Vincent's is better.
