Anyone been? What's the scene like? Worth the hour trip? Any good beer offerings in the beer tent?

I competed* one year, it was a good time. I didn't not hit up the beer tent since I brought plenty of my own.

This is a very good competition BBQ event. Divided into a professional division and a backyard division. They also do a kids que competition on Saturday mornings. Lots of heavy hitters in the professional division...guys you've seen on tv, if you watch the BBQ shows. These guys are there to compete. And yes, they have bands and beer...
