maybe Ready Portion Meat Co. or even Sams/Costco. I know across the river in Port Allen, Hubbens has premade fresh patties.

I don't understand why people buy pre-made patties. Time? They then put them on the grill and press all the juice out
Buy some 80/20 chuck, season and form "loosely" by hand. Put a dimple in the middle so they don't shrink too much and do not press with the spatula while cooking. Flip once, enjoy

Sam's, Walmart, Costco are the best options. Many bigger grocers have them in frozen food section.

Sysco might sell you a case.

Sams has like 4 packs of huge hamburger patties. Would just make your own honestly, even if that isn't what you asked for. It will be cheaper and take five minutes, but will taste wayyy better.

Go to butcher

Buy beef short rib, brisket point, and flank steak

Ask butcher to grind and blend in even proportion

Loosely form with kosher salt and black pepper

????

Profit

Burgers for a kids bday party and people recommend ground steak and brisket hand formed patties.

Never change F&D Board.

My thoughts exactly. He's trying to feed a bunch of kids, and ask a simple question. I already knew the responses he would get from all of the award winning chefs in here before read them. Ha

HEB has some great brisket patties (not frozen) that are phenomenal.

For his kid's birthday party, where he's also probably got other shot to set up as well. It's not a party with a bunch of people who think nothing more than olive oil, black pepper and sea salt should ever touch a piece of red meat.

Depends on how many you need. Ready Portion on Choctaw, but Sams will be about the same if it is a minimal amount.

Just remember that preformed patties will make your grill flame up really bad. Lots of eye blinding smoke.

Sysco makes a very good 1/3 lb burger in a 40 count case, but they are too big for small kids.
