Ate em last night in Biloxi with a great steak and the Gorgonzola cream asparagus. Exceptional meal.

We go to the two in Biloxi quite often, but I don't remember having this dish. I will have to try it next time.

I've never had them, but you could look up various cream brûlée recipes and possibly get close.
