Moving back from BR to Nola has really hurt my Greek dining. Not too many places to get a gyro in Nola, especially when there seems to be one every block in BR.

There are now, ten years ago I would have agreed with you, but there are tons of Med options in the area now.

Their red sauce that I had from the cart on 53rd and Sixth has a bit of a kick to it. Addictive stuff.

Living up here, I only get it when I'm wasted. Which it hits the spot every time. White sauce is the shiz. Extra proteins always. I'm a fan

The one in Houston seems to be printing money. Great cheap food alternative with large portions. Agreed on skipping the side salad as its just a iceberg and tomato waste of space. Their hot sauce will light you up though so be careful.

Officially opens on Friday the 24th, but scored a platter today during Media night. Told them I was friends with Arse.

Say what you want about him, but when I visit NYC or my family in New Orleans, Halal Guys will not be on my list of restaurants.

Magazine Street and St. Charles are such unique, iconic streets that most cities envy. The last thing I want to do is stroll down both and see Delachaise, Avenue Pub, Lillette, Coquette, The Bulldog, etc. replaced by Halal Guys, Chipotle, Cheddar's, Bonefish Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's and the likes...
